Shipping Policy


  • Parcels are shipped from Italy via UPS. Within Italy, parcels will be shipped via Bartolini (BRT).
  • Please allow up to 5 business days of processing time from the time of order.
  • Once processed, delivery time is at the discretion of the courier, and there may be uncontrollable delays due to COVID-19, weather, or other factors.

Shipping cost is non-refundable in the event of a return.

Return Policy

  • TELFAR is not responsible for any conversion fees or differences in refund amount. Transactions are performed in $USD, so variance between refund amounts and bank fees may occur if purchasing with other currencies.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the original order’s arrival.
  • Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product.
  • We do not accept returns on Jewelry, unless in unopened condition. 
  • All sale items are final.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return Tracking # is REQUIRED in order to process refund/exchanges.
  • RMA # is required as a note in your package, or written on the original product box.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. We recommend repurchasing the bag you are interested in, while separately processing a return. To make a return or exchange, please send an email to SHOP-EU@TELFAR.NET with:
