Shipping and Returns
- SHOPPING BAGS AND DUFFLE BAGS ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS. NO RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- TELFAR is not responsible for any conversion fees or differences in refund amount. Transactions are performed in $USD, so variance between refund amounts and bank fees may occur if purchasing with other currencies.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the original order’s arrival.
- Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product.
- We do not accept returns on Jewelry, unless in unopened condition.
- All sale items are final.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return Tracking # is REQUIRED in order to process refund/exchanges.
- RMA # is required as a note in your package, or written on the original product box.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Parcels are shipped from Italy via UPS. Within Italy, parcels will be shipped via Bartolini (BRT).
- Please allow up to 5 business days of processing time from the time of order.
- Once processed, delivery time is at the discretion of the courier, and there may be uncontrollable delays due to COVID-19, weather, or other factors.
Shipping cost is non-refundable in the event of a return.
