Shipping and Returns
- Orders are typically processed (pre-shipment) within 3-6 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped.
- Parcels are shipped from Italy via UPS. Within Italy, parcels will be shipped via Bartolini (BRT).
- Once processed, delivery time is at the discretion of the courier, and there may be uncontrollable delays due to COVID-19, weather, or other factors.
- After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Separate orders or orders with multiple items will be combined, and may require extra processing time.
- We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
- Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee.
Shipping cost is non-refundable in the event of a return.
